Guarantee of conformity of goods

With reference to purchases made on BIFFI.COM, the legal guarantee of conformity of 24 (twenty-four) months applies, to be exercised under the conditions and terms set out in articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

The above warranty will apply only if the goods have been handled with due diligence and in compliance with their intended use and will not apply to defects resulting from normal wear and tear of the goods.

In particular, in the case of defective or incorrect products, you may request, alternatively and without charge, the repair or replacement of the purchased goods, or a reduction in the purchase price or termination of the contract, unless the request is objectively impossible to satisfy or deemed disproportionate for BIFFI.COM pursuant to Article 135 bis of the Consumer Code.

The request must be submitted to BIFFI.COM by sending an email to the email address support@biffi.com , taking care to provide the order number and proof of delivery as well as a photographic detail of the problem complained of.

Before sending the product back to us, we ask you to wait for our return authorization communication: our customer service will provide you with an answer as soon as possible and in any case within 5 (five) working days.

In the response, where BIFFI.COM has found the lack of conformity and therefore accepted the return request, you will also be provided with information regarding the shipping method, as well as the deadline for the return and any replacement of the non-compliant goods.

All items purchased on BIFFI.COM are subject exclusively to the warranties, if applicable, of the respective manufacturers; warranties are provided by the manufacturers and not by BIFFI.COM.

Where permitted by law, BIFFI.COM disclaims all warranties and conditions relating to any product sold or distributed by BIFFI.COM, and shall not be liable for any failure or incorrect use of any product in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
