BIFFI.COM exclusively offers branded, original, and premium-quality products for sale. These items are sourced directly from the Seller through fashion houses, manufacturers, and retailers carefully selected for their stringent quality controls.

The items in the BIFFI.COM catalog are showcased through a series of images representing the product. Colors may vary depending on the device and screen used, showing slight differences from the originals.

Images and descriptions of each product are available online, along with an approximate size chart to assist in selecting the correct fit.

All purchases made on BIFFI.COM are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale available in the Terms and Conditions section.

Currency Prices

Within BIFFI.COM, prices are displayed in various currencies and may vary based on the selected shipping country and agreements with individual brands.

Final invoices will be issued in Euro (EUR) for all countries. Prices in other currencies are indicative and subject to variations due to currency fluctuations and bank fees. BIFFI.COM recommends checking with your bank for the conversion rate and applied fees. Payment will be made in Euro or local currency at the daily rate.

Prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations, promotions, or other factors. The applicable price is the one valid at the time the order is accepted.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) customers do not pay additional import taxes or duties. DAP (Delivery At Place) customers must pay any taxes and duties separately, invoiced by DHL or a designated customs broker.

Shipping costs and other optional services are not included in the item prices.

Promocode

Promotional codes can be entered in the Shopping Bag or at checkout. All codes have a fixed validity period.

Gift Box

We offer the option to add gift wrapping at checkout for an additional cost of €5.00. If selected, the order will be wrapped in gift paper and, where possible, without price tags inside the package.

Please note:

  • Gift wrapping is available only for selected products; if an item is not eligible, the service will not be applied and no charge will be made.
  • The service does not include personalized cards, unless otherwise indicated or during ongoing promotions.
  • Once the order is confirmed, it will not be possible to modify or add the gift wrapping option.
  • Gift wrapping service is unfortunately not available for in-store pickup orders (Click & Collect).

Signature Christmas Gift Box

The Signature Christmas Gift Box is an optional service that allows you to receive purchased products in an elegant, meticulously detailed Christmas gift box.

The box is available in three sizes:

  • Small: 27 × 38 × 6 cm

  • Medium: 29 × 38 × 12 cm

  • Large: 36 × 40 × 12 cm

The size of the Signature Christmas Gift Box is selected by our team based on the ordered product to ensure the best possible presentation. However, if the dimensions of the purchased item do not match any of the three available sizes, it will not be possible to provide the gift box. In such cases, any amount charged for the service will be fully refunded.

The Gift Box service has an additional cost of €10.00 (VAT included). It is possible to include a personalized greeting message, which will be printed on a dedicated card and placed inside the box.

The availability of Gift Boxes is limited and the service is subject to stock exhaustion, especially during high demand periods (e.g., Christmas holidays). In case of unavailability, the customer will be promptly informed and will receive a refund of the amount paid for the service.

Order Placement and Payment

Orders can be placed as registered users or as guests. Registration is recommended to track orders and access exclusive benefits: account management, wishlist, order tracking, saved payment methods, personalized assistance.

First name, last name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and for Italy, the tax code are required.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping and billing information.

Once confirmed, the order cannot be modified. In particular, the shipping country cannot be changed and no invoice changes are allowed after issuance.

BIFFI.COM accepts the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Union Pay, Scalapay, Apple Pay, and G Pay.

Credit Card

Card payments are processed through the secure Shopify Payments system. Transactions are encrypted and secure. BIFFI.COM will never directly request card details.

Use of services like Verified by Visa or Secure Code by Mastercard is recommended. For more information, visit visa.com and mastercard.com.

Payment is authorized immediately if data is valid and funds are available. The charge occurs only at the time of shipment.

PayPal

Payments are accepted from verified accounts. The shipping address must match the one registered on PayPal. The charge occurs at the time of shipment.

Scalapay

Scalapay allows payment in 3 monthly installments for amounts up to €2,000. Upon order confirmation, the customer will be redirected to the Scalapay site to complete the payment.

The service is available in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, and Finland. All details are on scalapay.com.

Secure Payments

BIFFI.COM uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect data. A padlock in the browser and an “https” URL indicate a secure connection.

The site is verified by Cybertrust. In case of suspicious purchases, proof of payment (excluding sensitive data) may be requested via a bank-issued document.

Order Status

Order status can be tracked by logging into your account. In case of multiple shipments, items may arrive separately.
