Placing an order on biffi.com is extremely fast, secure and simple.
It is possible to search for a product through different navigation systems and advanced filters (by category, designers, colors and many other product attributes), using the filters on the left of the screen or the menu navigation tabs, or alternatively, using the search bar top right.
Once the product has been selected, you land in a dedicated item page where it is possible to select the product variants in color and size and view the price in the currency of the selected shipping country, always visible in the top bar of biffi.com.
You can add a product to your Shopping Bag by clicking on the "BUY" button. The addition is notified through a message on the screen. In case of unavailability of the product, it will not be added to your Shopping Bag and correctly reported.
By clicking on the Shopping Bag icon you can get a preview of the purchase. To access the Shoppig Bag area click on "SEE SHOPPING BAG". Inside Shopping Bag area it is possible to vary the quantities of the selected products or eliminate them, clearly displaying the amount of the order.
If you have a promocode it is possible to insert the code in the specific section "INSERT PROMOCODE" and click on "APPLY PROMOCODE". To complete an order, click on the "PROCEED WITH PURCHASE" button.
On biffi.com it is possible to place orders both as registered users and in guest mode. In this second mode, registration on biffi.com will not be required, but only the data necessary to fulfill the order. Registration is recommended to better follow the status of your order.
To complete the order, name, surname, shipping address and a telephone number are required, in case of need by our Customer Service or DHL courier to schedule the delivery.
To proceed with the selection of the payment method, click on the "PROCEED WITH PURCHASE" button.
At the order confirmation, for some payment methods, the order amount will be pre-authorized but not charged to the client.
The transaction will take place concurrently with the shipment of the order, while for the payment with cash on delivery will be directly to the courier DHL at the delivery and in cash.
Some payment methods may require a contribution and vary the order total.
The accepted and selectable payment methods are:
- PAYPAL: enter your e-mail address and password and log in your PayPal account and authorize the transaction. Free payment method.
- CREDIT CARD: enter the credit card number, expiration date and 3-digit CVV code place in the back of your card and confirm the purchase. Free payment method
- CASH ON DELIVERY: only available for Italian market. It costs € 8.00 and runs with maximum purchase of €2.000. At the time of delivery, the exact amount of the order in cash will be required to receive it.
Once the desired payment method is selected, click on "CONFIRM ORDER"
Once the order is completed, the unique order number will appear on the screen, we recommend you keep it for each future contact with our Customer Care.
An Order Receiving email will be sent with the order summary and information.
From this stage it will be no longer possible to change the information concerning the shipping address.
Any changes can be made when the order is in DELIVERING status by choosing one of the options offered by the DHL:
- - change shipping address,
- - choose a pickup point,
- - deliver to a neighbor / concierge / friend,
- - plan delivery date and time,
- - authorize delivery without signature,
- - request the stock for vacation.
It is possible monitoring the status of the order in MY ACCOUNT area.
- Pending - the order has been sent and is being evaluated. In this phase it is possible to cancel or change the order
- Processing - the order was taken over by our staff and is in progress. It is not possible to change or cancel the order at this stage
- Shipping - the order has been prepared and is awaiting collection by the courier. In this phase a communication is sent via email with the tracking code
- Delivering - the order has been assigned to the courier and is on delivery. It is possible to track the delivery of the order, plan the delivery or change the delivery address
- Completed - the order has been delivered to the customer
- Canceled - the order has been canceled due to the reason stated in the cancellation email
Once the order has been delivered, if the product does not meet your expectations, it is possible to return it by consulting the "RETURNS AND REFUNDS" section.
