RETURNS

 

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, it will be possible to partially or totally return the products within 14 working days from the date of the delivery of the order.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Placing a return on biffi.com is simple.

Log into MY ACCOUNT area. If you purchased as a guest you will need to contact our Customer Service at support@biffi.com writing your order number, name and surname and opening the return procedure.

In MY ORDERS section, select the order you want to return and open the detail by clicking VIEW ORDER. The order summary screen will open. To send the return request you need to click on RETURN button and an online form will appear to fill out. Indicate the quantity and the reason for the return and click on SUBMIT.

It is possible to request the return within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products. A confirmation of the return request will be sent via email. Before sending the package you must wait for the e-mail authorizing the return shipment. The status of your return will pass from PENDING to AUTHORIZED.

Once authorized, the product must be shipped within 7 working days from the receipt of the shipment authorization email.

It is sufficient to pack the items well and display the pre-printed return label - bearing the return address - and the Returns Note duly completed and signed, included in the package containing yout purchase.

DHL is the courier authorized and prepaid for the return. It is necessary to book the collection on the website https://mydhl.express.dhl.

It is possible to request the collection of the return at home, leave it to a DHL Service Point or bring the package directly to the DHL branch.

Products must be returned:

  • 1. properly packed in their original packaging and in a perfect state of resale (not damaged or soiled), equipped with all the pertinent accessories (for example boxes, bags, belts and more) and documentation;
  • 2. without manifest signs of use, if not those compatible with a normal fitting test. They must not bear traces of prolonged use exceeding the time required for a fitting test and must not be in a state that does not allow resale;
  • 3. with tag and warranty seal still attached, these elements are an integral part of the goods and a mandatory return conditions;
  • 4. carring the Return Note (present in the original packaging) duly signed, in order to allow Biffi Boutique S.p.A. to identify the Customer (Order number, name, surname,address and return number).

You can check the return status in MY ACCOUNT area in MY RETURNS section:

  • Pending - the return request has been received, the Customer Service will evaluate if the request respects the terms of return. If so, it will proceed with the shipment authorization email
  • Authorized - it is possible to proceed with the return shipment
  • Received - the return was received in our warehouses, biffi.com will make the necessary checks to verify the conformity of the returned products
  • Approved - the return has been approved. The refund will be made within 30 working days.
  • Denied - the return has been refused, it does not comply with the Return Policy
  • Unauthorized - the return has not been authorized, it does not comply with the Return Policy

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement, without paying any penalties, starting from the receipt of the order confirmation sent by biffi and within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods.

If the customer wish to exercise this right of withdrawal, he shall send a return notification within the term of 14 working days from the date of delivery of the purchase.

In exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer will be required to return the item to biffi.com within and no later than 7 working days from the receipt of the shipment authorization e-mail and in the conditions in which it was received.

The customer is required to take care of the products while he is in possession, otherwise biffi.com will have the opportunity to challenge the request for refund.

An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal will be the substantial integrity of the returned products.

It is however sufficient that the items  returned in normal state of preservation, guarded and handled with the use of normal diligence.

In particular, the items must be returned:

  • 1. properly packed in their original packaging and in a perfect state of resale (not damaged or soiled), equipped with all the pertinent accessories (for example boxes, bags, belts and more) and documentation;
  • 2. without manifest signs of use, if not those compatible with a normal fitting test. They must not bear traces of prolonged use exceeding the time required for a fitting test and must not be in a state that does not allow resale;
  • 3. with tag and warranty seal still attached, these elements are an integral part of the goods and a mandatory return conditions;
  • 4. carring the Return Note (present in the original packaging) duly signed, in order to allow Biffi Boutique S.p.A. to identify the Customer (Order number, name, surname,address and return number).

Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with General Terms and Conditions of Sale, biffi.com will refund the sums paid by the customer, by crediting the payment card or the current account indicated during the purchase.

The refund will be made within 30 working days from the date on which biffi.com has accepted the consumer return request.

The return costs will be payed by biffi.com, in the event that the customer adopts DHL, the authorized courrier, using the return documents provided by biffi.com and sends the items from the country from which the delivery took place. Otherwise, the costs of the return will be ascribed by the customer.

In case the returned item does not comply with biffi.com's Return policy and in any case in a state that does not allow resale, biffi.com reserves the right to refuse customer's return request by giving appropriate notice.

Following this communication, the consumer can regain, at his own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance commerce applies.
